GrittyTech provides:

3. Order Submission & Processing

To place an order, users must:

  • Fill out the task submission form or contact us directly

  • Share complete and accurate requirements (topic, deadline, formatting, etc.)

  • Respond promptly for clarifications, if required

Once your task is reviewed, we will:

  • Provide a quote and delivery timeline

  • Begin work only after confirmation and partial/full payment

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in INR/USD and are task-specific

  • Payments are accepted via secure payment channels (e.g., UPI, Razorpay, PayPal, bank transfer)

  • Partial or full advance payment may be required to confirm the order

We do not store your financial data such as credit card details.

 

 

5. Delivery & Revisions

  • Tasks are delivered on or before the agreed deadline

  • Minor revisions are offered free of charge within 7 days of delivery

  • Revisions must align with the original requirements—changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges

 

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a fair refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if we cannot fulfill your order

  • Partial refund if the delivered solution does not meet agreed standards and cannot be reasonably fixed

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • You cancel after we’ve started the work

  • The delay is caused by lack of communication from your side

  • Your academic institution penalizes you for using third-party assistance (see Section 8)

 

7. Intellectual Property & Plagiarism

  • All content is written from scratch and checked for plagiarism

  • The materials delivered are for personal academic use only

  • You are not allowed to resell, publish, or distribute the content without our written permission
